There you go; Reicheagle even said it was for "the inmates and staff". Therefore, the only disgusting thing that could remotely be in there would be any vegetables that nobody likes :)

the nursery was enormous complex of several huge greenhouses, it was to produce plants for food mainly, for the inmates and staff.
